My grasshopper version is 0.9.0076.

Hi, David

I fixed image link.

When designed with grasshopper, I need some memo(?) or notepad(?) for subtitle

Any idea?

thanks..

Those purple boxes are groups. You can group together components by selecting them and pressing Ctrl+G. If you assign a name to the group via the menu, those grey text boxes appear.

Hello randy,

left is is xy plane found in tab vector/plane

right is rectangle component found in tab curve/primitive

if you cannot spot a component you can double click on canvas. a dialog will appear waiting for a keyword. if you enter rectangle grasshopper will suggest relevant components.

in order to find in which tab a component is you can hold ctrl+alt (a blue i icon will appear) and hold left click and a component. this will give you the tab where you can find it.

cheers

alex

edit*those names you see above components in white space, are the names of the groups purple colors (in this case a component is a group, right click on the group to name it)
