algorithmic modeling for Rhino

WAFFLING IN INTERIOR SPACES

I need to waffling with GH the space between this two surfaces; the exterior surface (conformed for planar faces) when is analyzed by Rhino, is defined as "three surfaces conforming a polysurface".

Does anyone know where I can get tutorials that explain this operations?

You'll have better luck if you post that model, either as a Rhino file or, preferably, as a GH file with internalized surfaces.
