wacom user suggestion regarding interface

hello
as wacom tablet user i have couple suggestions:
1. threshold when pointing to display information window (using tablet is very difficult to fix cursor so window is disappear if cursor moves even for 1pixel)
2. add an option to change from LMB to MMB for pan and zoom if possible
