voronoi skeleton

i know there are a lot of discussions about voronoi skeleton, but i am still confused about some command. I am trying to create a voronoi skeleton (please see the attachment), but there are some commands that i could not even find/understand. can anyone help me to create a voronoi skeleton grasshopper file?
