Voronoi Pods

Hi all im looking at creating 3d vornoi pods like the amazing image from angel quintana can anybody shed some light as to how to best create this. I am using a weaire phelan as created by geometry gym and want to make the cells more organic looking (as per image) and would appreciate any help.
