Voronoi on Mesh - HELP ME

Hello,

Could anyone help me with a definition to do voronoi cells on a mesh? The file named as example show my voronoi cells on a surface. I made a mesh (that you can see in the image, is the part that dont have the voronoi), and I can't do those voronoi cells in a mesh.
