Voronoi like 3d organic structure

Hi Everybody,

I am new to this wonderful forum. I am struggling with a problem to create a voronoi like organic structure in a 3d space. I have found some precious tutorials about 3d voronoi creation in this forum. But I need the structure as the provided picture.

It would be real help if somebody show me the right way to achieve the organic structure.
