Voronoi Generation on shell structure surface through circles

Hello ,

I was trying to make voronoi pattern on that shell structure and i've made this so far , but it's random , i need to make it from one or 2 modules , so i'am trying to start it from circles and the negative geometry from these circles will form the structure.

But i don't know how to do that , i just made circles around that sphere .
