Voronoi enlarging cells, removing walls in between

Hi,

Pleas have a look on this example. I try to scale voronoi cells and delete walls between cells.

If I scale each cell by given scale factor from center point -connections between walls become messy.

I move each wall with perpendicular factor but then i loose conections between wall...

and I dont know how to remove walls between cells.
