Voronoi Diagrams

Hey Guys,

I am trying to create a series of strategic diagrams based on interconnecting links between points and lines. Principles I am investigating are:

Case 1:

1. Boundary Curve Flexibility ( a closed curve)

2. Subdivision Patters Flexibility ( random it could be voronoi)

3. Control of shere radious

Case 2:

1. Subdivision Patters Flexibility ( random points)

2. Interpolated curve to work as a closed loop.

Anybody can help how to start?
