Voronio group (unexperienced user!)

Hello:

I have a question i would need to resolve please. I was given a picture (which i have attached below) that i would need to create by the means of using grasshopper. I have created a voronoi group  which creates the polygons (that are represented in the picture of texture of dry dirt which is cracking), and what i would need, is to find a way on how to make each of the voronois able to contain the other voronoi's inside. By one voronoi (which would be the biggest polygon), containing the other vornoi inside  (which would be the smaller polygons) i would have many independent polygons with other polygons inside.

After this, i would need to generate the spaces which would separate the polygons (and it would be great if with a number slider, one can variate the distance between the different polygons. As you see in the picture of the dry dirt, one can notice different polygons separated by the means of the "cracks" that the dirt produces.
