The Rhino command _ViewCaptureToFile will allow you to save the current Rhino viewport as an image. If you prefix the command with a dash (-_ViewCaptureToFile) then you can also set resolution and some other options.

Must I always be afraid to loose the viewport, when doing an animation (Because, the Frames won't look alike anymore)? Or is there any solution for this? 

What do I do with that image then? Can this help me with my animation further?!
