Vector direction change in grasshopper

Hi

I have created a joined 8 surface object a 'core' element which I have created 8 'prongs' which are determined by vectors pointing perpendicular to the 8 faces of the 'core' object. The length of the 'prongs' are determined by the length of one side of the face from which they are perpendicular to. 

What I am having trouble with is changing 2 of the vectors which are supposed to point away form the faces of the 'core' object. They are currently running through the 'core' object. I am unsure how to solve this problem. I need all 8 vector to point directly perpendicular to the face of which they are positioned.  

I have attached both the rhino file and grasshopper file.
