VB.net Component Taking Forever to Open

Just wondering if anyone else experiences the issue with the VB.net component taking a really long time to open. Is it simply caused by the number of lines in the script? Number of inputs perhaps? Heaviness of the input data?

Might anyone know how to speed it up? It might just be a result of my heavy handed scripting, but it's really slowing down my workflow and it would be awesome if there's a way to improve it.
