algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Variable Section

Hi everybody,

I manage to make a voronoi structure (jpeg below) and I thought adding some variation into.
The structure is made by swepping a section but now I trying to scale only the inner sections, with the help of an atract point, leaving the outter sections untouched.
I suceed on select the sections that I wanted but I'm failing in doing the surfaces, maybe 'cause the way I previously selected the sections.

It's not exactly what I'm looking for is pretty similar and I think that thanks to the definition that you gave me I can I get there.
