Use cluster of components within python

Hi there, 

I have been looking around in the forum but haven't been able to find a solution for this. 

I regularly use grasshopper components within python using import ghpythonlib.components as ghcomp such as ghcomp.Area(). This time I am wondering if I can also use custom component clusters 

This time I am wondering if I can also use custom component clusters I have made in the canvas through python in a way like:  ghcomp.CustomCluster(Input 1, Input 2, Imput3). 

Is this possible or in any other similar way? Thank you very much!
