Unroll Srf - Partial

Hello,

Is there a way to partially unroll a Brep or Surface? I've looked up the C# and Python scripts for Unroll but both use a Rhino component called Unroller, which unrolls a geometry fully. Would appreciate if there is any way to control the degree to which a surface is unrolled.
