unroll and splite surface

Hi.
Good day!
I would be so grateful if you could help me to make my maquette.
I want to make a maquette from this 3 dimensional surface with pattern on it.
How should i unroll this surface to put it on x axis and y axis to specify the location of patterns on it to make it ready for CNC machine.
