Uno Read issues

Hi every one and how are you doing??? Hop you are doing great.

I am facing an issue with Fireflay that whenever I tried to read from the Arduino board, the Uno read components is turned to red and it not working. I thought the problem is with the COM number, but I did most of the solution I found online like using item list, going to control panel and other but it still not working. The only thing works is the serial read generic. But I still look for a solution to get the Uno read works.

Can anyone help me in this please.
