Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am working on a project that requires me to laser cut a series of extruded hexagons. At the moment when using the unfold command from TT Toolbox I have no control over how it decides to unfold.

As an example of what I'm trying to achieve, I have included a screen shot of a series of unfolded Breps, with naked edges that have been manually put together in Rhino. As you can see depending on where the naked edges are, the unfold command has different outcomes. I am trying to achieve something closer to the middle or right examples, whereas right now they are unfolding more like the one on the left.

In grasshopper how can I reassign where the naked edges are in the model so that I can unfold in the way I want? The way they are unfolding at the moment also makes it very inefficient in terms of space on a laser bed.

I have included my definition as a reference. Hopefully my question makes sense I am new to grasshopper so I'm not exactly sure how to go about achieving my end goal.

Thank you for any help!
