ULS/SLS in Optimize Cross Section component

Hi!

I made my code so that with a toggle I can switch back from ULS and SLS. I made a switch gate that allows me to either turn on the multiplication factor of ULS or SLS for my loads. I am also using the optimize cross section component and I know that it considers ultimate limit state and usability limit state. Does the Optimize Cross Sections component multiply some kind of factor on top of the ULS/SLS factor that I wrote? Does the Optimize Cross Sections component take SLS into account?
