Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

This is my first post in this forum. First off all, I really appreciate your work and it already helped me with many issues. Awesome work!!

My problem: Currently I'm working on a project to evaluate the solar analysis on a facade. I used grasshopper and geco.

I have some surrounding buildings. Those buildings influence the values for the facade to calculate. I don't want to calculate the whole model, just some facades.

For the building to evaluate I would like to let ecotect calculate all four facades at the same time. But I just manage to evaluate one facade. I used the grid with the axis. But when I copy those ones it doesn't calculate them.

I this possible in geco?

Or do I have to calculate each single facade with a single grid and then combine the outcome values for further use in grasshopper?

I hope somebody can help me with this problem, I would really appreciate that.

Ivan
