twist problem by lofting for 180° rotated mobius shape

Hello,

I'm trying to rebuild the Phoenix Center in Beijing, which is almost a 180° rotated mobius shape.

I had problem by lofting the shape. Because it's rotated 180°. If we rotated 360°, we won't have the problem.

But i figured out a way to shift the seam of every curves and solved the lofting problem.

But when I try to create the steel structure at the facade. There's also the twisting problem, which I can't use my trick anymore.

So my question is:

am I using a wrong logic to create the geometry?

If not, how I can fix the lofting problem of the steel structure?

Thanks in advance!!!!

In this case, "Sweep1" is better.
