Tween Curve Connect Points

I am attempting to create a tween between 2 curves that includes a divided curve on each of the tween frames. Once I divide the curve, each set of points is broken down into a single branch. I am attempting in interpolate a curve between each matching indices (Ref images below)Desired result

I have also attached the rhino and grasshopper file. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.

In this case, "Flip Matrix" should work.
