Trying to interpolate curve between a set of points

I'm trying to generate curves between a set of points.  I essentially have them broken up between top, middle, and bottom points and then trying to run a interpolate curve component on those in order to generate the lines between.  However, when I do this it creates lines that are not really like what I want, I'm assuming because of some data issue.  I've tried using shift list, grafting the data like it is now results in something at least kind of similar to what I want (in the black lines).  Any help would be appreciated.

The error in the last one says that there aren't enough points to interpolate.  Which is where there is an additional one. I took it out at one point, still didn't do what I was wanting it to.  I need to shift the data it seems like but I cant figure out how.
