Trimin a curve with a surface

Hello, I'm new to grasshopper, and I believe there is a simple sollution to my problem. It seams that I can't trim a curve with a surface (extruded brep). I want offseted curves to be just in that surface, so I can extrude them latter on. If there are any tips, that would be great.

I figuired it out. You have to make capped surface. One more question, I don't wanna start new topic. How to explode conture of a surface. I used explode command, and it is giving me right points (corners), but I can't pick one curve using list item (when I set item to 0, it picks all of the curves)

Hey, I need help finishing this one up. I'm really stuck. I want to extrude ofseted curves, so I get a frame. How to offset it equalily in all directions? I'm attaching filles, hopefully someone will take a look :)
