triangular pyramid rotate

This is namal modeling. But I want a made by grasshopper. Is is possible?

1. There are several triangular pyramid attached with together.

2. Center triangular pyramid move to z axis.

3. The rest triangular pyramid rotate 2side way but all object can't be changed.
