Transforming Text items to Surface (Geometry)

Hey guys, How are you?

I'm new to the grasshopper world, so please, sorry if this is a dumb question...

But I'm stuck with this a few hours and I can't solve it...

Scenario: I have a list with multiple surfaces. Some repeated and overlapping each other.

(They come from a Database using ODBC plugin to import this information)

My main objective, for now, is to organize this list and delete its repeated and overlapped items. (Mergefaces, or Unions doesn't seem to work properly, I don't know why..)

I think managed to organize and cull some items, but I didn't to transform the iCull output to Surface. - TEXT TO SURFACE FAILED CONVERSION.

Is there a way to do that?
