The relationship between energy consumption and thermal discomfort hours

Hi everyone,

I carried out several energy consumption simulations using honeybee and ladybug. The results showed that the relationship between energy consumption and thermal discomfort hours is positive. However, in several papers the relationship between energy consumption and thermal discomfort hours is negative. Could you give me some possible reasons for this contradiction? Thanks a lot.
