Tangled Minimal surface

Hello, im using the two-boundary minimal surface component, but sometimes it tangles it up, and makes the surface intersect with itself. How can i untangle it so i get one smooth minimal surface? 

im trying to build a stadium. so i need to generate a minimal surface from the pitch boundary to the mid seating
