tangent pipes

Hi All,

I would like to create two pipes that only touching each other at one line, as if you cut a section, the two section profiles have only one intersection point. I have developed this definition(see attachment) but it does not work perfectly. I am getting multiple intersection lines. Any one know what is wrong or have any better approach for the same result? Many thanks!
