T-splines Model into Grasshopper?? Crash

So i'm trying to make the surface of my building to have this piping along the surface . but everytime i try to input the tspline  object into grasshopper and brep explode . the system stopped running and crash .so my question are

 is it because the massive amount of data that the model that cause the crash ?

 how i overcome this problem ?

should i rebuid the model another way?

or should i fix the grasshopper definition ? ( all the files are attached below)
