algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I would like to change the standard shape of a circular tube for TS into an oval. In TS only a radius for a circle can be set. Anyone suggestion how to do that? Or with a different plug-in?

Thnx a lot for your swift reply. It might work what you sent. I'm using now the tspipe-command which generates pipesegments along a curve. I want to change that circular tubeshape into an oval tubeshape.
What you propose (if I see it correct) is the tscylinder command which results in more elements. I'll try it as your solution seems promising.

TSPipe works only with circular profiles. This is a "limitation" related only with the end profiles since nodes with a valence are shaped as "expected".

But (theoretically) you can do it the hard way (not recommended AT ALL):
