try to understand something from my bad english :P

Sweep in rhinoceros automatically fix seams points of rails above the section;

in grasshopper this doesn't happen.

You have to check and fix manually.

In your definition the small ellipse (rail 2) the seam point is at the opposite side away from the circle section; this is a small fast fix related for this specific case:

it moves the seam at the mid-point of the ellipse...

btw your definition is really heavy! maybe you should do something about it...
