sweep and tree issue

i can't understand this sweep problem.
i tried flattening the tree (trees are my problem)
and i just want every curve gets its sweep rail.
i oriented a (heb300) curve, then pick the first value (this is because i want to apply it later to another file), and then tried to sweep1.
but can't get it done.
just need every oriented value, takes one rail value. Not difficult, but not getting it.
any idea? any help?
