Sweep 1 along multiple curves with one section is missing many rails

Hi.

I'm not sure about the exact reason why the result of sweep1 is not always constant. Anyway in this case, there is a workaround using "Rail Revolution".

As you can see, if you place the initial plane at the starting point of the profile curve, you can see that the result is much more constant.

You'll need to make some adjustments or tweaking when if sweep1 fails, but you can use my second suggested method posted above.
