Survace from tangent planes

Hello all

For a code of mine I am trying to fit a surface into a set of points with tangent planes.

I do know I can make a surface from a point cloud, but for the surface that should come from the code the Information of the tangent Plane is Important.

I thought of generating a set of bezier curves and then make a surface of a network of curves in rhino , but somehow ... a little complicated....

Here an Image (the size of the Tangent plane is a reference to the steepnes of the slope at that point)

This mustn't be done in Grasshopper because this Surface will be the end product.
