Surface morphing

Hi,

First of all, I'm a newbie to rhino and grasshopper. My question would be easy to everyone I guess but I'm just getting stuck with it. Hope you could help.

I've created a surface with a set of curves. I have to create many surfaces like this. All these surfaces are on an existing site or a place with road networks going inside.

All these surfaces don't seem to be in one uv direction. I tried using the command "rebuild", I also tried "sweep 2 surface" and "loft".

First, can anyone tell me the difference between sweep 2 surface, loft, planar surface and rebuild. In rebuild, I don't understand degrees and uv axis in rebuild.

Then I tried to morph the geometries from rhino to these surfaces in gh which doesn't have the same uv planes. How do I change the uv axis of the surfaces?
