Surface Grid

I wanted to create a point grid on a surface (created in grasshopper with sweep 1 rail). The points on the grid should have equal spacing.

Unfortunately the spacing is unequal with SDivide (divide surface). There are more points on the fillet surface than on the side and top. Is there a way to make the spacing equal? Or is it even the wrong tool to achieve that?
