algorithmic modeling for Rhino

surface from non planar curves

I am interested in creating surfaces from non planar curves, such as the one in this gh file. so that I can design with more interesting shapes. When I extrude these lines in Rhino it only returns the straight extrusions and not the surfaces. Is there a way to create a surface from such a curve? Thanks again forum!
