Surface/Brep between closed non planar curves

I was wondering if it is at all possible to create a surface/brep in between a bunch of closed non planar curves? I playing with this for sometime now but nothing works... any ideas?

I did... but I needed to offset each closed curve slightly differently which left the base surface useless to split...
