subtract region

hey guys,
i have a small problem in subtracting 2 small regions out of 1 large.. i tried using region difference.. it is successfully subtracting the 1st small region, but when i do the 2nd subtraction, i fail to get the correct result.. could anyone help me with this..have attached rhino and gh file .. incase
