Subdivition for fabrication

hi , i need to fabricate panels for a curved flat surface. i have attached the image. the height of the building is 21m and width is 12 m. the contractor asking me divide the shape into panels for fabricating with the center of the curve. so when the radius and center of the curve changes.then i need to divide into two panels... so basically in need to split the surface into regular geometry. give me some idea.
