algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Studio Project

I am working on a facade project, for 5th year studio, and I've attached a file of what my teammate and I are after. I was wondering if anyone has seen an example of a piece of architecture like this. Has anyone seen or written an algorithm for something like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
