Structure similar centre pompidou metz -shigeru ban-

Hello,
I'm trying to model a hexagonal structure similar to the center pompidou metz designed by shigeru ban. I modeled my surface using splines, with regard to the structure I was able to find a file on the web grasshopper on this site http://www.legildesign.com/archives/553 .    The problem I have in generating the structure in the column. The surface with which grasshopper must spread the grid should be unique (roof and columns)I attach the image. What is the road that I must follow. I hope someone can help me.

Join the geometries and just project the lines on the Brep....that should do it.

it's not that easy. The lines are one important piece of information but you will also need the surface normals, and for that it is easier to have just one surface. As I said below it is possible to use multiple surfaces, it's just that it is harder in GH to pick the one you need to get the surface normal from.

As I see it you have two alternatives...

1. hard work in rhino and an easier GH definition. This involves using a reverse engineering plugin like T-Splines, RhinoReverse or RhinoResurf. With these it is possible to generate a single NURBS surface. With that the grid generation should be relatively easy depending on your GH knowledge. 

2. Easier rhino model and harder GH definition. Use multiple NURBS surfaces but that will require a stronger GH background to be able to choose the surface from which you want to read the surface normals.

I am working in my thesis and as a part of it I studied and replicated the process of the Pompidou Metz (I will post some pictures soon). I have done it with both techniques described above.

I don't know how far you want to go with this but if it helps I can tell you that this is the easy part. The hard part is to generate the pieces of glulam that are going to be milled and then sending that data to the CNC.

I think I would choose the first way, I will use TSplines to create a unique surface (roof + columns) I hope I can!

I tried the three I mentioned and ended up using rhinoresurf... but I admit I dind't try that hard with TSplines.

I created the surface (shell + columns) as a single surface by tspline. The plugin transforms the surface as a single brep,

but the code I'm using in grasshopper needs a surface as input.

How can I fix this? . Can I replace the component surface with the component brep?
