Strip skew due to attractor points

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me with what I think is a simple task!

I have created these strips in Rhino, and want to use field points to create openings and skew the strips, so that the strips no longer become uniform but have clusters of strips gathered at certain points to create openings and closing sections in the surface. 

For example, something similar to this facade.
