Stopwatch and email alert in GH?

Is there the possibility to set a stopwatch and email alert in Grasshopper? Maybe with some pluging?

Would be useful to have the possibility to have a count of the time of any kind of process in GH like simulations. Often these are run overnight and it's difficult to know how they last. It would be necessary just one input False/True. At the beginning when the time start the input is False, when it turns True (from the output of a simulation) the time count stop. Moreover would be also good to have laps of time count.

Another useful thing, similar to the previous, would be that when a process end like a simulation Gh send you an email to notice that (you could also set up the message in the email). Some rendering software do this. It could be done also this with just one input False/True like described above. Anyway this False/True "mechanism" it's just an idea probably there are others better and simpler.
