algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello David, team development,
I would like to propose the following idea for gh2.

When you create your definition, you have to go to the panel to select the component or write it on the canvas. It only takes 2 seconds, but we do it so often that it consumes too much time. Especially if you have to search between the tabs of the plugins.

I would like, if possible, that somehow, by positioning the mouse on the output of a component, out a wheel (an arc actually) emerging with the most common components in that output. Ie, recognize user habits, a kind of memory components, which helps us to select the most common components that have a specific output of a component.

Such that, instead of going to the panels in search of a component, put your mouse on the output (perhaps pressing a key) and the components you most often been used in the output (statistically) appear. And also, why not a path to all possible components, mode flowchart.

I imagine this as an arc around the output, with the icons of the most used components in this output (the most used in the center, the less up and down), and below all, the data type with letters, if you position the mouse over it, another arch appears with the names of the subpanels (for curve type: analysis, division, primitive...), and if you position yourself on one of them, the icons appear with his name.
When you select a component, this is taken to the canvas and connected to the output of the component.

This would make the workflow much faster. Would it be possible?

Sorry for the long and repetitive text.
Thank you for your attention!

Hello Daniel,

http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/project-replacing-markov-...

Is it something similar to this, you are suggesting?

it doesn't seem to have advanced though... :(

Cheers,

Nikos

I was aware that in this forum had already talked about connectivity statistics, but this was only a suggestion for David and gh2, taking advantage that he is writing all again, I thought it was time to propose bringing this to the core and interface (more work for David XP). But thanks for the link, always learn!
