SplitMass component and SolveAdj not identifying internal walls correctly

Hi All,

I am having some issues with some very simple functionality.

The split building mass, mass2zones and solveAdj components are not correctly splitting up the brep into walls, internal walls etc. 

I have attached the grasshopper file but i think the real issue is somewhere in Rhino?
