Split a surface with Curves or Lines

Gentleman,

maybe simple but i get stuck to dived a triangle surface which i have divided with lines. I like to panelize the pyramid with this division but i could not find a way to split the single surface with this lines. Maybe i am on the wrong direction to do this. Any help from professionals...
